We offer a study group on mindfulness and psychotherapy for clinicians who are interested in learning more about mindfulness as an essential part of the therapeutic process. The group process includes case discussions, guided meditations, and exploration of the psychotherapist's mindfulness practice.
Participants are therapists who are currently working with clients from a mindfulness perspective and who want to increase their skill and knowledge in this area. Our process often includes the study of some of the prominent authors in the field. In the past, we have read and discussed books by Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Kelly Wilson, and Andrew Olendzki.
Continuing Education (CE) credits are available for those who participate. Group members should be able to commit to regular attendance.
